ગરીબ કે જરૂરીયાતમંદો લોકોના દુઃખ,દર્દ, દૂર કરવામાં નિરંતર અને સતત પ્રયત્નશીલ અને ચિંતિત રહેતા
તેમજ નિરાધાર લોકો માટે આધાર બનીને તેમની તકલીફો, કે અગવડ ને દૂર કરવા માટે એક ક્ષણની પણ રાહ જોયા વિના તુરંત જ મદદરૂપ થવા દોડી જતા રાજેન્દ્રસિંહ રાણાનો આજે જન્મદિવસ છે.
તેઓ તેમના જીવનના 43 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરી ને 44 વર્ષમાં મંગલ પ્રવેશ કરી રહ્યા છે.
ત્યારે તેમના સગા, સંબંધી, મિત્રવર્તુળ,સ્નેહીજનો તરફથી શુભેચ્છાઓ પાઠવવામાં આવી રહી છે.

સતત અને હર રોજ છેલ્લા કેટલાક વર્ષોથી રોટરી ક્લબ ઓફ હળવદ ના માધ્યમ થકી લોકો માટે અનેક પ્રકારની, અનેક જગ્યાએ, અનેક ક્ષેત્રની, અનેક લોકો માટે તન મન ધનથી નિષવાર્થ સેવા પ્રદાન કરતા રાજેન્દ્રસિંહ રાણા લોકોની પુરા દિલથી અને નિષ્ઠા ભાવથી સેવા આપી રહ્યા છે.

“સેવા જ પરમો ધર્મ” હવે એમના જીવનનો ધ્યેય અને આશય બની ગયો હોય એવું વર્તાઈ રહ્યું છે.
અસંખ્ય લોકોની તકલીફો દૂર કરી લોકોને રાહતનો શ્વાસ અપાવનાર રાજેન્દ્રસિંહ રાણાને દુઃખીયારા લોકોના અંતરના આશીર્વાદોની ખૂબ પ્રાપ્તિ થયેલ છે.

તેઓ દયા, કરુણા, પ્રેમ, તેમજ સંવેદના ના ભાવ સાથે સેવામાં સમયનો સદુપયોગ થકી સુંદર કાર્યો કરી રહ્યા છે.
સમાજ ઉપયોગી અને લોક ઉપયોગી સેવાના સામાજિક કાર્યો કરવા માટે રોટરી જેવી આંતરરાષ્ટ્રિય સંસ્થા નું પ્લેટફોર્મ મળતા તેઓ એમનું સદનસીબ અને અહોભાગ્ય ગણે છે.

આ સિવાય ઘણી બધી ઇન્ટરનેશનલ સંસ્થાઓ તેમજ સામાજિક, ધાર્મિક અને અન્ય સંસ્થાઓમાં પણ તેઓ જોડાયેલા છે અને તેમાં પણ તેમના દ્વારા મોટું યોગદાન આપવામાં આવેલ છે.
સાથેજ રોટે.રાજેન્દ્રસિંહ રાણા ના જન્મદિન નિમિત્તે ગરીબો અને જરૂરીયાતમંદોને “આહાર થી આધાર” નામનો કાયમી પ્રોજેક્ટ રોટરી દ્વારા શુભ શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવનાર છે.

આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે સ્કૂલો તેમજ સંસ્થાઓ કે કચેરીઓમાં જુદાજુદા પાત્ર મુકવામાં આવશે.

જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે કોઈ પણ વ્યકતી રોજ એક મુઠ્ઠી જેટલું અનાજ ઘઉ, બાજરો કે ચોખા ઘરેથી લાવીને તે અનાજ ના પાત્ર કે પીપ માં રોજ નાખશે.
આમ ટીપે ટીપે સરોવર થી એકત્ર થયેલ અનાજ ની કીટ બનાવી હળવદ શહેર કે તાલુકાના કોઈપણ ગામના જરૂરિયાતમંદ પરિવાર કે વ્યકતી સુધી પહોંચાડવા આવશે.
