પેટમાં ગેસનું થવું બહુજ હાનિકારક છે. ઘણા લોકો આ સમસ્યાથી પીડાતા હોય છે. શું તમે ક્યારે પણ વિચાર્યું છે કે પેટમાં ગેસ કેમ બને છે, ગેસની સમશ્યાનાં લક્ષનો ક્યાં છે, પેટમાં ગેસ બનવાનું કારણ ખબર છે ? જો નથી ખબર તો આજે અમે તમને જણાવીશું ગેસની તમામ સમશ્યાનો ઉકેલ

પેટમાં ગેસ થવાના બહુજ કારણો છે. જેવા કે જમવાનું સરખું ના પચવું, જલ્દી-જલ્દી જમી લેવું, ધુમ્રપાન કરવું, કોલ્ડડ્રીંક પીવું, વધારે જમવાથી પણ પેટમાં ગેસની સમશ્યા થાય છે.  અને આ સિવાય પણ ગેસ થવાના ઘણા કારણ છે. જેવા કે, વધારે મસાલા વાળું ખાવવાનું, ફાસ્ટફૂડનું સેવન વધારે કરવું, જેવી સમસ્યાને કારણે થયા છે. સાથે જ તમે વધારે આલ્કોહલ તથા ડ્રગ્સનું સેવન વધારે કરતા હોય તો પણ ગેસની સમસ્યા રહે છે.

આવો જાણીએ ગેસથી છુટકારો મેળવવાના ઘરગથ્થુ ઉપાય

લીંબુનો રસ અને બેકિંગ  સોડા

ગેસની તકલીફથી છુટકારો મેળવવા માટે એક ચમચી લીંબુના રસમાં અડધી ચમચીઓ બેકિંગ સોડાને એક કપ પાણીમાં મેળવી પીવાથી ગેસમાં તુરંત જ રાહત થાય છે.

ગેસનો રામબાણ ઈલાજ હિંગ

અડધી ચમચી હિંગને ગરમ પાણીમાં નાખી પી જવાનું. ગેસનની સમસ્યાથી પીડાતા હોય તો આ પ્રયોગ કરવાથી તુરંત જ મદદ રૂપ થશે.

ગેસને દૂર કરે આદુ

આદુનો ઉપયોગ ઘણા રોગમાં કરવામાં આવે છે. તાજો આદુ પેટના ગેસ દૂર કરવામાં પણ ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે. પેટની ગેસની તકલીફને દૂર કરવા આદુવાળી ચા પણ પી શકો છો. આદુ વળી ચા એટલે કે આ ચામાં દૂધનો ઉમેરો નહીં કરવાનો. ગેસની તકલીફ દૂર કરવા માટે એક કપ પાણીમાં થોડા આદુના ટુકડા નાખી ઉકાળવાનું. હલકું ગરમ થાય ત્યારે બાદ આ પાણી પીવાથી ગેસની તકલીફ મિનિટોમાં છું થઇ જાય છે.

અજમા ના બી માં થાઈમોલ નામનું એક તત્વ હોય છે. જે ગેસથી છુટકારો મેળવવા માટે મદદ કરે છે સાથે જ પાચનમાં મદદ કરે છે.  જયારે પણ ગેસ થયો હોય ત્યારે દિવસમાં એક વાર પાણી સાથે અડધી ચમચી  અજમો ખાવવાથી ફાયદો થાય છે.

જીરા પાણી ગેસની સમસ્યા માટે સૌથીસારી ઘરગથ્થું ઉપચાર છે. જીરામાં આવશ્યક તેલનું પ્રમાણ હોય  તેથી ભોજન પાચન કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે.અને ગેસને ઉત્પ્ન્ન કરતા પણ રોકે છે. જીરા પાણી  બનાવવા માટે એક કપ પાણીમાં અડધી ચમચી જીરું નાખીને 10થી 15 મિનિટ સુધી  ઉકાળ્યા બાદ ઠંડુ થવા દેવાનું. ત્યારબાદ ભ્રાતપેટી ભોજન કર્યા બાદ આ જીરા પાણીનું સેવન કરવાનું.જ જો તમે એક જ વર્મા બધું જમી લેતા હોય તો ગેસ થવાની શક્યતા વધારે રહે છે. તેની બદલે તેટલું જ ભોજન દીવમાં 2થી 3 વાર ખાવવાથી ગેસની સમસ્યા રહેતી નથી. અને પેટ હંમેશા ભરેલું રહે છે.
એક હૂંફાળા પાણીના ગ્લાસમાં હળદર અને મીઠું નાખી પી જવાથી  ગેસની તકલીફથી છુટકારો મેળવી શકાય છે.
