કહેવાતો મંદિરનો પૂજારી અને તેના ટૂંચિયાઓ દ્વારા એક નિરાધાર મહિલાને દબાવી તેની  મરણમૂડી સમાન જમીન પચાવી પાડવાનો કારસો, અને પોલીસની આવા તત્વો પર ઢીલી નીતિ નો વાંચવા લાયક કિસ્સો

‘ધ પ્રેસ ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા‘ ન્યૂઝ ચેનલ પર પ્રસારિત થશે  સનનીખેજ હકીકતો

જોડીયામાં નિરાધાર મહિલાનો પ્લોટ પચાવી પાડવાની નિચ પ્રવૃત્તિ સામેનો જંગ પૂરો નથી થયો પણ હવે શરૂ થાય છે. કોર્ટ જ્યારે ફટકા મારવાની સજા કરે ત્યારે વગદાર લોકો ને મોરપીંછથી અને સામાન્ય પ્રજાને ડંડા થી મારવાની કાર્યવાહી થઈ રહી છે તેમ મહિલાના અપરાધીને મોરપીંછથી મારવાની કાર્યવાહી પોલીસની તટસ્થતા અને ફરજ નિષ્ઠા પર શંકા ઉપજે તેવી છે

આ તસવીર છે જોડિયાની બ્રાહ્મણ શેરીમાં રહેતા નિરાધાર મહિલા ભગવતિબેનના પ્લોટની જ્યાં મંદિરનો  પૂજારી સંજયગીરી ગોસ્વામિ (ઉર્ફે હકો ડ્રાઈવર) એ ગુંડાગીરીથી પાર્ક કર્યું છે 
અપરાધીઓ સામે પોલીસ રીતસર ઘૂંટણિયે પડી ગઈ છે તા.21-2-૨૦19 ના મહિલાએ જોડિયા પોલીસમાં ટ્રક ડ્રાઈવર વિરુદ્ધ ફરિયાદ કરી ત્યારે ફરિયાદીની સામે અપરાધીના વકીલ હોય તેમ એક્શન લેવાને બદલે દલીલબાજી શરૂ કરનાર પીએસઓ ખૂનની ધમકી જેવી ગંભીર ફરિયાદને સિવિલ મેટરમાં ખપાવવા ધમપછાડા માર્યાંઆ પ્રકારના પોલીસ કર્મચારીઓ શું પ્રજાના રક્ષણ માટે લાયક છે?
ખૂનની ધમકી અંગેની ફરિયાદ દસ દિવસ સુધી કોઈ પગલાં લેવાય નહીં પછી પણ સામાન્ય 151 કલમથી કલાકોમાં મામલતદાર પાસેથી પાસે રજૂ કરી કરી છોડી મૂકાયો ! લોકોમાં ચર્ચાતા મુજબ પોલીસે વગદારના દબાણથી યા તો આર્થિક લાભ થી ઢીલી નીતિ અપનાવી છે
ટ્રક ડ્રાઈવર ને હિટ આપનાર તેમને સાથ સહકાર આપનાર એક હરામી ટોળકી કાર્યરતછે .આ ટોળકીમાં હોમગાર્ડની એક વ્યક્તિ,નિવૃત્ત ત.મંત્રી,સસ્તા અનાજની દુકાનનો સંચાલક અને અસામાજિક પ્રવુર્તિ કરનારાઓ જોડાયેલછે,આ ટોળકી હિન્દૂ-મુસ્લિમની વાતો કરી પોલીસને તેમજ તમામ પ્રજાજનોને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરેછે,આ ટોળકી ધાર્મિકતાની વાતો કરી સીન સપાટા કરવામાં કુખ્યાતછે.
ધાર્મિકતાની વાતો કરી દાતાઓ સાથે છેતરપિંડી કરનારી આ ટોળકીએ પ્રેસ-મીડિયા સામે ઘર્ષણમાં ઉતરવાની બેવકૂફી કરી છે,જેના પરિણામ તેઓને આવનારો સમય દેખાડશે,સાથે સ્થાનિક કોઇપણ રાજકીય પક્ષના અગ્રણી હરામી ટોળકીની તરફેણ કરીને પોતાની કારકિર્દી અને પ્રતિષ્ઠા જોખમમાં ન મૂકે.
